Templates
A template is a guide you can use to create multiple documents that share the same layout. The templates are provided in Microsoft Word format. The templates should be downloaded and saved on your computer's hard drive. If you are using Internet Explorer, the template will open automatically. Save the template by selecting File and Save As located on the top left of the toolbar in Microsoft Word. If you are using Netscape, you will be prompted to open the template using Word or to save the template.
